I have decided that I would like to have some sort of job in a medical field. I was thinking that maybe I could start out with something like medical billing and coding since I really don’t like the sight of blood all that much. Can anyone tell me where I can find a good medical billing coding training course that I could attend to learn what I need to know to get a good start in this field? I haven’t seen this type of course listed at the community college near me, so I think I might have to find a course online.
