Not surprisingly, my exmormon dad’s favorite ice cream is chocolate with almonds, his favorite combo. He is the kind of person who really likes to stick with his favorite instead of trying new things, but my exmormon dad will eat any new foods I put in front of him. Usually he is quite complimentary of the things I cook and he can’t wait for my mom to make this recipe I just gave her. He also likes another one that involves chicken, mushrooms, cream, lemon, and parmesan cheese. It is really yummy. Too bad it is so difficult to make because I would make it more.

After this dad called my exmormon dad to tell him how my brother was scaring his son, we had a good laugh. My exmormon dad said, “Oh, you mean kind of like how your son scared my wife and daughter? One of the kids started showing up everywhere my mom went and several times she had to drive to the police station. She told her janitor friend at the school and mysteriously, the kid’s car suddenly wasn’t working anymore. We’re pretty sure he or someone he knows disabled it and the cops wouldn’t do anything. I guess he would actually have to hurt someone first.

There are many different people around the United States who have invented things. Once you have an invention you will usually apply for a patent. This is usually when you hear the term Patent Pending. This term is meant as a warning to other people, that you have filed for a patent and they better not try to copy your invention or they will be liable once the patent has gone through. So it’s a good idea to know the proper use of terms when applying for patents for inventions. You could have legal problems if you don’t understand what these terms mean.

There are all kinds of great things that one can do with his life these days.  As sad as it may seem there is a big need for vaccines for things like Anthrax disease.  I was not very aware of things like this before a year ago.  But since having to study Fuad El-Hibri in class I am more aware than ever.  Fuad is the chairman of a company that has the only FDA approved vaccine to prevent Anthrax disease.  His company deals a lot with the military in making sure that our troops are covered as they need to be. 

I had my suspicions about why I was laid off from my job. Cut backs, my boss told me, but I was the only one in my group to be laid off. It just didn’t seem right, and I wanted to talk to someone who could give me advice and evaluate my case and see if I was right. I have to say some of those people did a really good job taking what he said and applying it to present situations. It was a good speech and he should give his speech writers a raise for that one. They did a good job.

Some people think a cosmetology course will be easy. They think they can already cut hair and the program will be a piece of cake. Most are surprised. There is a lot more to it than cutting hair. Cosmetologists do it all: hair; makeup; skin care and nails. As well, they have to learn a lot about health. Most folks would be surprised at how much a good cosmetologist actually knows. They know about the hair, scalp and follicles and skin. Did you know they can even remove skin tags? I bet it overwhelms a lot of people who start out in the field.

I have been thinking about going back to school lately. I have my Associates Degree and it has been enough for now, but I think that I want to do more. I am looking for reviews on physical therapy schools. I think that would be a good career for me and I want to take some classes but I want to make sure that wherever I take the course is a good school. I do not want to waste my time or money going to a school that will not give me the education that I want. I figure hearing what others are saying will help me decide.

You know what I love?  Knowing that I am going to be doing something that I love for my career.  Well, I don’t know if I’ll make it my career per say, but it will definitely be a stepping stone for me.  Perhaps I should explain what it is that I’m talking about.  You see, I love animals and everything to do with them, and I’ve always wanted to care for them, which is why I am taking vet tech online classes, so that I can finally be doing something that I will love doing, and be well on my way to becoming an actual veterinarian.
