I remember when I visited the doctor a couple of years ago and she asked me if I would like to have a bone density test performed. I agreed, and when the results were in, my doctor promptly wrote me a prescription for a fairly well know drug that is used in order to reverse loss and grow bone. When I told my sister in law that I was planning on taking the prescription, she was adamant that I reconsider. She told me that there were way too many bad side effects that were associated with those type of drugs and she suggested a natural alternative.
